Not vibing with what you received? We got you. You can return unused products within 7 days, and if you’ve used the hell out of it (respect), you can still send it back—because we love to upcycle! Refunds go back to your original payment method. We’re also all about natural leather beauty—no two pieces are ever the same.

1. Standard Returns: 7 Days, No Stress

Changed your mind? No biggie. You can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Just make sure:

      It’s unused and in original condition

      Original tags, dust bags, or accessories are included

      It’s not custom or made-to-order (those are specially made just for you)

We’ll send you return instructions once you drop us an email.


2. Used Product Buy-Backs: Because Circular is Sexy

Yep, we’ll take your used CoriumSacs product back—even years later. That worn-in leather has stories to tell, and we’d love to upcycle it into something new and badass.

How it works:

      Email us photos of the product and your original order ID (if available)

      We’ll assess the condition and offer you:

      Store credits

      Discount coupons

      Or even cashback, depending on age and condition

We use these returns to make one-of-one upcycled pieces—so your old pouch might become part of someone’s limited-edition jacket.


3. Refunds: When & How

If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days after receiving the product.

      Refunds go to the original payment method

      COD orders get store credit or a bank transfer

      We don’t refund original shipping fees unless the item was damaged or incorrect

📦 If the item’s been used beyond minor handling (and you didn’t opt for buy-back), we may not be able to issue a full refund.


4. Exchanges: Wanna Swap It Out?

Want a different size, color, or style? Just email us. We’ll help you sort it out and reserve your replacement while your return is on the way back.


5. Leather Disclaimer: Beauty in the Imperfections

We work with ethically sourced natural leather, which means:

      You may notice slight color variations between product photos and what you receive

      Things like wrinkles, stretch marks, scars, or grain patterns are totally normal—they’re signs of authenticity, not defects

      Over time, leather ages, softens, and tells its own story. That’s the magic of it.

No two pieces are exactly alike—and that’s kind of the point.


6. Damaged or Wrong Orders: Our Bad 

If we messed up—sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged—email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll fix it right away with a refund, replacement, or whatever makes it right.

      Your order number

      What you want to return

      Why (optional, but helps us improve)

      Photos if it’s damaged or used

  1. We’ll guide you through the rest 

Return shipping is covered by you unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


8. Still Waiting on a Refund?

Check with your bank or payment provider—it can take a few days to reflect. If it’s been more than 10 business days, ping us and we’ll dig in.
