We ship worldwide (with love). Orders are processed within 5-7 business days, and shipping times vary based on your location. You’ll get full tracking details once your order’s on the move. Got deadlines or delivery anxiety? Email us—we’ll do our best to help.

AS OF January 2026, until further updated, the following shipping rates may apply to all orders:

COD: Inr 150/- per order
(Currently, we are being charged anywhere between Inr 200-300/- on COD orders.
We Indians lovee making Return To Origins (RTO), which just adds unnecessary losses, a growing brand can't afford.

The company bears payments to shipping partners on both trips. So until further updated, or until we as a brand, by your love and support, can afford to bear such costs, the COD surge may apply.)

PREPAID: 5% off all orders (applicable and can be combined with most other discounts, so sign up now!)

    1. Where We Ship: Basically, Everywhere

    Whether you’re in Bangalore or Berlin, we want CoriumSacs in your hands. We offer:

          Domestic shipping (India-wide)

          International shipping to most countries—import duties may apply (see Section 5). International shipping will be processed manually, not through the website currently

    If you're somewhere extra-remote or unlisted, drop us a line before ordering.


    2. Order Processing Time

    Once you place your order, we get to work ASAP.

          Processing time: 5-7 business days

          Custom or made-to-order items: 7–14 days (we’ll keep you posted)

          Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day

     We’re a small-batch, high-touch brand—quality takes a moment, but it’s worth it.

    4. Tracking Your Order

    Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package’s journey like a proud parent.

          Didn’t get an email? Check spam/promotions folders first

          Still nothing? Email us—we’ll resend it


    5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (For International Orders)

    We ship with all necessary export info, but:

          Import duties, VAT, or taxes are charged by your country—not by us

          You’ll be responsible for any customs fees or delays

     We’re happy to guide you through it if you’re unsure—just ask.


    6. Packaging: Minimal Waste, Maximum Style

    All CoriumSacs orders are packed with:

          Minimal plastic

          Recyclable boxes or pouches

          Protective layers to ensure safe delivery

     We care about sustainability, even in the packaging.


    7. Shipping Delays: Life Happens

    We do everything we can to ship on time, but sometimes delays happen (weather, strikes, customs, Mercury retrograde, etc.).
    If something’s taking too long, don’t panic—just reach out and we’ll check in with the carrier.


    8. Shipping Issues: Wrong Address or Missing Parcel

          Wrong address? Email us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can fix it

          Parcel marked as delivered but not received? Check with neighbors, guards, or building management first

          Still stuck? Ping us—we’ll help as much as we can

     We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or lost packages due to third-party errors, but we’ll always try to support you through it.


    9. Split Shipments or Partial Orders

    Ordering multiple items? We might ship them separately if:

          They're coming from different workshops

          A part of your order is custom or takes longer to prepare

    You’ll be notified via email, and tracking will be provided for each.

    Want a gift wrap? A note inside? Need it delivered before a festival, shoot, or birthday?
