AS OF January 2026, until further updated, the following shipping rates may apply to all orders:

COD: Inr 150/- per order
(Currently, we are being charged anywhere between Inr 200-300/- on COD orders.
We Indians lovee making Return To Origins (RTO), which just adds unnecessary losses, a growing brand can't afford.

The company bears payments to shipping partners on both trips. So until further updated, or until we as a brand, by your love and support, can afford to bear such costs, the COD surge may apply.)

PREPAID: 5% off on all orders (applicable and can be used with most other discounts, so go sign up!)
(We are not hungry capitalists. We wanna love you for trusting us and having faith in us with your money. This is our way of showing that we will take care of your journey with us.)

• We ship all PREPAID orders directly via Bluedart, and don't charge you anything for shipping.
• While all COD orders are shipped via aggregators like ShipRocket, which charge a high premium for their services, for smoother logistics support with COD processes. (often not smooth AT ALL)
• We don't charge a single Rupee for shipping prepaid orders, but charge enough to break even on COD :)

This site is run by us—CoriumSacs, a design-led leather goods brand built on storytelling, collaboration, and craft. By browsing or shopping here, you’re agreeing to our T&Cs, policies, and vibes. Whether you’re a rebel, a creator, or a curious soul—welcome aboard.

2. Our Products: Handmade Means Human-Touched

Each product is handcrafted from natural leather, stitched with care, and designed to evolve with you. That means:

●      Small differences in color, grain, or texture? Totally normal.

●      Stretch marks, scars, and wrinkles? Natural marks of the animal’s life. We call them beauty marks.

●      Expect your piece to soften, age, and patina with time—it’s alive in a way mass-market goods just aren’t.

3. Payments: Safe, Smooth & Simple

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure gateways. All transactions are processed through encrypted connections.

If your payment fails:

●      Double-check card details, account balances, or banking permissions

●      Still stuck? Email us and we’ll troubleshoot it together

We also support multi-currency checkout to keep things easy for our international fam.

4. Shipping: From Our Studio to Your Door

We ship globally and use multiple trusted carriers depending on your location. Processing time is typically 2–4 business days (custom orders take longer). Delivery timelines vary.

●      Domestic (India): 2–7 business days

●      International: 7–21 business days depending on customs

5. Returns, Refunds & Upcycling: Zero Waste Vibes

Not happy with your item? You’ve got options:

●      Return unused items within 7 days (see Returns Policy)

●      Used your piece to the max? Send it back anyway. We offer store credit or discounts under our Upcycling Program—because sustainability is the future.

●      Custom orders, unless damaged, are non-returnable (see Section 6)

Your well-loved leather can live again as a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

6. Custom Orders: You Dream It, We Make It

We love co-creating.

●      A 50% non-refundable deposit starts the process

●      The rest is due after final design approval

●      No returns on custom orders unless it arrives damaged (but we quality check everything thrice, don’t worry)

7. Pricing, Sales & Taxes

●      Prices are shown in your local currency where possible

●      Duties or import taxes may apply outside India—they’re your responsibility

●      Prices may shift over time due to leather market rates

●      Sale items are final unless defective

 The price at checkout is the final word—no sneaky charges.

8. Intellectual Property: Hands Off Our Art

All content on this site—product designs, logos, visuals, and words—belongs to CoriumSacs. We’re flattered if you love our work, but please:

●      Don’t copy, sell, or modify anything without permission

We don’t sell your info or spam your inbox. We use your data only for what’s necessary—orders, service, and occasional updates (with your consent).
